Summer in Ottawa wouldn’t be complete without Jeudi Commerce.

Jeudi Commerce is our monthly(ish) Thursday summer social where uOttawa students come together to meet new people, create real connections, and unwind after the week. Whether you’re new to campus, staying in Ottawa for the summer, or just looking to expand your circle, Jeudi Commerce is the perfect way to do it — relaxed, social, and pressure-free.

Each Jeudi Commerce features a different activity, keeping every event fresh and exciting. From beach volleyball and picnics, to happy hour dinners and other laid-back summer plans, the goal is always the same: good vibes, good people, and great conversations.

🌅 What to expect:

  ➜ Activities that make it easy to talk and connect
  ➜ A chance to learn about our committee and what we do
  ➜ Open to all uOttawa students — come solo or with friends

We host 2–3 Jeudi Commerce events each summer, so you can join one or make it a tradition and come to them all.
