What is TICC?

The Telfer Internal Case Competition (TICC) is an opportunity for students to take part in a real case competition in a welcoming and competitive environment. In teams of three, students are given three hours to analyze a real-world business problem, develop a creative solution, and prepare a presentation. Teams then present their recommendations to a panel of industry professionals, who evaluate their analysis, strategy, and presentation.

TICC is designed to help students build valuable skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, public speaking, and strategic thinking, while gaining practical experience beyond the classroom. It also serves as a great introduction to larger case competitions such as Jeux du Commerce, Omnium Financier, and Happening Marketing. No previous case competition experience is required. TICC is your chance to learn, challenge yourself, and experience what case competitions are all about!
