An Introduction to TCCT's Zero Waste Campaign

This year, Telfer Competitions Committee is proud to launch our campaign on responsible consumption and production. Our zero waste campaign is an initiative designed to raise awareness, spark conversation and encourage more responsible consumption habits within our student community. 

TCCT x Équiterre

Our campaign proudly supports Équiterre, a Quebec-based not-for-profit organization that works to promote ecological, fair and united social choices. Through education, mobilization, and collaboration, Équiterre helps citizens, organizations, and decision-makers transition toward more sustainable lifestyles.

Our Campaign

Inspired by Équiterre’s mission, TCCT’s Zero Waste Campaign centers on rethinking how we consume, reduce waste, and make everyday choices that have a real environmental impact. Throughout the campaign, students will be encouraged to reflect on overconsumption, food waste, and sustainable alternatives.

We are excited to share campus resources and tips on reducing consumption. Stay tuned for our media campaign here at Telfer Competitions!

We will also be hosting our event Team Feud: Sustainability Showdown on Wednesday, March 18! We invite you to join us, test your knowledge and strive for more responsible consumption.habits. More information will be shared regarding registration and logistics.

This campaign is about more than awareness, it’s about action, impact, and community. We’re excited to see students learn, create, and share sustainability messages in their own voices.
